Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, Auric sells ingestible, health and wellness supplements. These products are classified as health consumables and are subject to strict safety, hygiene, and contamination-prevention standards.

For the protection of our customers and in compliance with industry health and safety regulations, we follow a No-Return Policy.

 


 

No Returns on Consumable Products

Once a health supplement has been shipped from our facility, it cannot be returned, even if:

  • The product is unopened

  • The tube or container is sealed

  • The taste, smell, or effect is not preferred

  • The customer changed their mind

This policy exists because:

  • Returned consumables cannot be resold

  • There is no way to verify contamination or storage conditions

  • Health regulations prohibit restocking ingestible products

This protects all customers from health, hygiene, and safety risks.

 


 

When Refunds or Replacements Are Issued

Although we do not accept returns, Auric will provide a replacement or refund only in the following verified cases:

1. Damaged or Defective Product

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A photo of the damaged product

  • The shipping label

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A refund, after verification of the damage and/or defect, at our discretion


 

2. Wrong Item Sent

If you received the wrong product, we will correct it at no cost.


 

3. Lost in Transit

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, Auric will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A store credit, or

  • A refund at our discretion



Taste, Smell, or Personal Preference

Taste, flavor, smell, or personal reaction do not qualify for a refund.

Health supplements interact differently with each body.
Individual results, reactions, or preferences are not defects.




Subscription Orders

Both one-time purchase and subscription options, are clearly displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. The selection is made solely by the customer during checkout.

Subscription orders include discounted pricing, free shipping on the initial order, and automatic recurring shipments.

Once a subscription renewal shipment has been generated and dispatched, it is considered a completed transaction and therefore:

  • Is not eligible for cancellation

  • Is not eligible for refund

Customers may cancel or modify future subscription shipments at any time before the next billing cycle. This can be done directly via the upcoming charge and upcoming shipment emails sent prior to renewal, or by contacting us at care@theauric.store or through our official WhatsApp and SMS support channels.
