Shipping Policy

Auric ships all orders placed on theauric.store through reputed international logistics partners including Amazon Shipping, UPS, Aramex, USPS and other carrier networks depending on destination.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization.

  • Once an order is shipped, tracking details are automatically communicated to the customer via Email, SMS and Official WhatsApp.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier backlogs, weather, or local delivery restrictions.

 


 

Delivery Confirmation

Many of our shipments are delivered without signature as per carrier practice. If tracking shows “Delivered”, it is considered proof of delivery, even if left at:

  • Porch

  • Mailbox

  • Reception

  • Apartment lobby

  • Mailroom

  • Neighbor location

Auric is not responsible for customer not being at the shipping address at the time of delivery, and theft or loss after confirmed delivery.

 


 

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incomplete address

  • Wrong address

  • Undeliverable location

  • Refusal by consignee

The customer can choose between a re-dispatch or choose a refund minus shipping, taxes and handling charges.

 


 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is not delivered within 15 business days of shipping, customers must contact us so we can initiate a carrier investigation.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, Auric will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A store credit, or

  • A refund at our discretion

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before order is dispatched.

Once an order has been:

  • Handed to the carrier

  • Or tracking is generated

it cannot be cancelled.

Customers wishing to cancel must email care@theauric.store immediately after ordering.
